2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted under the following conditions:
The service provided does not match the agreed-upon scope of work.
The deliverables are significantly different from what was promised in the contract.
The project was canceled by DIGIAL FACTORY due to unforeseen circumstances.
If refund is eligible based on the above process it will be issued within 45 days.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services and products are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Customized digital marketing strategies once delivered.
Paid advertising budgets that have already been spent.
Third-party service costs incurred on behalf of the client.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at DIGIAL FACTORY with the following details:
Your name and contact information.
The project or service for which you are requesting a refund.
The reason for the refund request.
We will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 14 business days.
Cancellation Policy
1. Service Cancellation by Client
Clients may cancel their service agreement by providing written notice to DIGIAL FACTORY at least 30 days before the intended cancellation date. The client will be responsible for any work completed up to the cancellation date and any non-refundable costs incurred.
2. Service Cancellation by DIGIAL FACTORY
DIGIAL FACTORY reserves the right to cancel any service agreement if:
The client fails to make payments as agreed.
The client engages in activities that violate our terms and conditions or ethical standards.
Unforeseen circumstances prevent us from delivering the agreed-upon services.
Delivery Policy

We are committed to delivering our digital marketing services in a timely manner. Specific delivery timelines will be outlined in the service agreement for each project. Typical delivery times may vary based on the complexity of the project and client requirements.
2. Delays and Adjustments

3. Delivery Methods
Our services are primarily delivered through digital channels, including email, online platforms, and virtual meetings. Physical deliverables, if any, will be shipped using reputable courier services, and tracking information will be provided.
4. Acceptance of Deliverables
Upon delivery of digital marketing services or products, the client has 3 days to review and request any necessary revisions. If no feedback is received within this period, the deliverables will be considered accepted.
