Our Services
3.1 · Launch
A one-time, fixed-scope package priced at ₹33,000 + applicable GST, or ₹28,000 + applicable GST if the Client already owns a domain and hosting. Delivered within 7 working days, subject to timely submission of all required information and materials by the Client. Depending on the package scope applicable at the time of purchase, Launch may include a conversion-ready landing page, brand kit, social media channel setup, Google Business Profile optimisation, foundational SEO, and analytics setup. Launch is purchased directly through our website without a mandatory sales call — project details are collected through the project intake form after payment.
3.2 · Grow
An ongoing monthly service with a minimum commitment of 3 months. May include content creation, social media management, SEO, paid advertising, and monthly performance and accountability reporting. Grow begins with a free, no-obligation 20-minute consultation call. Exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are discussed and confirmed individually with each Client before the engagement begins.
3.3 · Scale
An ongoing monthly service designed for established businesses, with a minimum commitment of 6 months. May include advanced multi-channel strategy, conversion optimisation, digital growth strategy, priority support, and other services agreed during the engagement. Scale begins with a paid strategy consultation, charged at ₹2,000. Upon booking and payment, Digital Factory conducts a digital footprint audit and reviews the Client's details and requirements, after which a 45-minute consultation call is scheduled. See Clause 5.5 for treatment of the ₹2,000 consultation fee. Exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for the ongoing engagement are confirmed individually before work begins.
3.4 · Design Services
Additional print and digital design services offered separately, including but not limited to business cards, brochures, social media design kits, marketing materials, and other digital or print design requirements. Pricing and scope for each Design Service are as displayed or communicated at the time of purchase.
3.5 · Launch Offer
Digital Factory may occasionally offer a limited-availability version of the Launch package at a reduced price, to selected clients at our discretion, applied for through WhatsApp or another designated communication channel. Availability is not guaranteed and Digital Factory reserves the right to modify or discontinue the offer at any time.
3.6 · Changes to Services
Digital Factory reserves the right to modify package inclusions, pricing, service scope, and delivery timelines from time to time. Any changes will not affect packages or services already purchased and currently in progress, unless otherwise agreed with the Client.
Ordering and payment
4.1 Launch
Purchased on a self-service basis through the Digital Factory website using Razorpay or another payment method made available by Digital Factory. Payment must be completed before Digital Factory begins work and before the Client submits the project intake form.
4.2 Grow and Scale
Grow is individually scoped following a free, no-obligation 20-minute consultation call. Scale is individually scoped following a paid, 45-minute strategy consultation, charged at ₹2,000 at the time of booking, and preceded by a digital footprint audit as described in Clause 3.3. For both packages, pricing, payment schedule, minimum commitment, deliverables, and other commercial terms are confirmed with the Client before work begins.
4.3 Taxes
All prices displayed or quoted by Digital Factory are exclusive of GST unless specifically stated otherwise. Applicable GST will be charged in addition to the service price.
4.4 Payment Processing
Payments made through third-party payment providers are processed through their respective secure payment systems. Digital Factory does not store your payment card or banking details.
Refunds and cancellation
5.2 Once the project intake form has been submitted, the project is considered to have commenced. Digital Factory may begin allocating design, development, and other resources to the project at this stage. No refund will be issued after the intake form has been submitted.
5.3 Grow and Scale are ongoing monthly engagements. Cancellation terms, notice periods, minimum commitments, and any applicable charges will be specified in the individual engagement agreement.
5.4 Where a refund is applicable, it will generally be processed to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in the Client’s account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
5.5 The ₹2,000 fee charged for the Scale strategy consultation (Clause 3.3) is credited in full toward the cost of the Scale package if the Client signs up for Scale following the consultation. If the Client does not sign up for Scale, the fee is treated as a strategic consulting fee for the 45-minute consultation call and is non-refundable.
Client responsibilities
6.1 Accurate Information
The Client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for the delivery of the Services. Digital Factory will not be responsible for delays, errors, or incorrect deliverables resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the Client.
6.2 Client Assets
The Client is responsible for providing any assets required for the project, including logos, photographs, brand guidelines, text content, product information, business information, and other materials required for the project. The Client confirms that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to provide and use such materials.
6.3 Project Timeline
For the Launch package, the 7-working-day delivery timeline begins once the project intake form has been fully completed and submitted. The delivery period does not begin from the payment date.
6.4 Delays in Providing Information
If the Client delays submitting the required information, content, approvals, or assets, the project delivery timeline may be extended accordingly. Digital Factory may contact the Client through email or WhatsApp regarding incomplete information or pending requirements.
Revisions and scope changes
7.1 Launch Revision
The Launch package includes one revision round on the initial website or landing-page build. The revision round covers edits to content, layout, colours, and imagery within the pages and sections defined in the original project intake form. It does not include new pages, new features, structural redesigns, or changes to the original scope — these are covered under Clause 7.3 (Additional Scope).
7.2 Minor Changes
Minor changes after the included revision round, such as small text or image updates, may be possible through the website administration access provided to the Client. Additional changes requested from Digital Factory may be chargeable depending on the nature and extent of the work.
7.3 Additional Scope
Requests that materially change or expand the original project scope will be treated as additional work. This may include additional pages, new website features, additional functionality, new design directions, additional integrations, major structural changes, and other requirements outside the original scope. Additional work may be quoted separately before implementation.
Logo and design ownership
8.1 Logo Creation
Where a logo is created as part of the Launch package, Digital Factory provides the final logo for the Client’s business use. Unless specifically agreed otherwise, delivery of a logo does not constitute a guarantee that the logo is eligible for exclusive copyright registration or trademark registration.
8.2 Exclusive Logo Requirement
If the Client requires an exclusive logo intended for registration or trademark use, the Client must communicate this requirement during the onboarding process. The Client may be required to provide clear design direction and may have a more structured design process. Additional charges may apply depending on the requirement.
8.3 Ownership of Final Logo
Once the applicable project fees have been fully paid, ownership of the final approved logo design delivered by Digital Factory transfers to the Client, subject to any third-party elements, fonts, stock assets, or licensing restrictions incorporated into the design.
Intellectual property and account ownership
9.1 Domain Ownership
Where Digital Factory registers a domain on behalf of the Client, the domain is registered for the Client and remains the Client’s property, subject to the applicable domain registrar’s terms and payment requirements.
9.2 Website Access
The Client will receive appropriate administrative access to their website and other accounts established on their behalf, subject to the access limitations and policies of the respective third-party platforms.
9.3 Account Ownership
If the engagement ends for any reason, accounts, assets, and access established specifically on behalf of the Client will remain with the Client, subject to any applicable third-party platform terms.
9.4 Portfolio Usage
With the Client’s permission, Digital Factory may showcase completed work in its portfolio, case studies, presentations, website, social media, or other marketing materials. The Client may request that specific work not be publicly showcased.
